Who are we?

Commandotouwen Goeman, Blikstraat 34, 9340 Lede, Belgium (VAT BE 0460.230.653) is responsible for processing personal data through this website. You can reach us at info@commandotouwengoeman.be or on +32 478 32 86 60.

What data do we process?

When you fill in the contact form or e-mail us, we receive the data you provide: your name, optionally your address and phone number, your e-mail address and your message. We only use this data to answer your question and, if requested, to prepare a quotation. Messages sent through the form are forwarded to our mailbox by an external sending service (Web3Forms).

We process this data because it is needed to respond to your request or prepare a quotation (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to follow up on an order (performance of the contract and our legal accounting obligations).

Hosting and service providers

This website is hosted by an external hosting provider. As with any website, technical data such as your IP address is temporarily kept in server logs to keep the website secure and available (legitimate interest). Some of our service providers (hosting, the form sending service) may process data outside the European Union; in that case this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not keep it longer than necessary to follow up on your question or order, or than required by law.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data at any time. Simply send an e-mail to info@commandotouwengoeman.be. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies ourselves and use no tracking or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded directly from our own website. Only the Google Maps map on our contact page sets cookies from Google. That map is only loaded if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. Your choice is stored in your browser (not in a cookie) and you can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Our webshop is provided through Odoo. When you visit the webshop, its own privacy and cookie policy applies.
